#MoraMoja Instagram Competition – Terms and Conditions

  1. The giveaway celebrating the official first anniversary of The Mora Hotels on Instagram (“#MoraMoja”) is organized by TUI Hotel Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, Karl-Wiechert-Allee 23, 30625 Hannover, Germany, hereinafter referred to as “The Mora Hotels,” on the social media platform Instagram. The participation requirements, required actions, the prize, and the procedure for selecting the winner are outlined in the giveaway description provided to participants as part of The Mora Hotels’ announcements, supplemented by these terms and conditions.
  2. The promoter of this competition is The Mora Hotels, a registered trademark in the European Union. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
  3. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are either past guests of The Mora Hotels or have confirmed bookings for stays in June 2025. Employees of The Mora Hotels, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  4. Entries will be accepted from 00:00 EAT on 1 June 2025 until 23:59 EAT on 10 June 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
  5. To participate: Share your favorite memory from The Mora Hotels as an Instagram feed post, carousel, or reel. Instagram Stories are not eligible. Tag @TheMoraHotels in your post. Include the hashtag #MoraMoja in your caption. Please ensure your Instagram profile is public during the competition period to allow for entry verification.
  6. Each participant may submit multiple entries; however, each entry must be unique. Duplicate or substantially similar entries may be disqualified at the discretion of The Mora Hotels.
  7. A panel of judges from The Mora Hotels will shortlist five entries based on creativity, storytelling, and engagement metrics (likes and comments). From these, one winner will be selected. The decision of the judging panel is final and binding.
  8. The winner will receive a complimentary 5-night luxury All-Inclusive stay for two at The Mora Hotels. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. The stay must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of the winner announcement, subject to availability and blackout dates.
  9. The winner will be announced on The Mora Hotels’ official Instagram account (@TheMoraHotels) via a post and story on 11 June 2025. The winner will also be contacted via Instagram Direct Message. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, The Mora Hotels reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  10. By entering the competition, participants grant the TUI Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display their submitted content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials, without further compensation.
  11. Personal data collected during the competition will be processed in accordance with The Mora Hotels’ Privacy Policy, available at https://www.themora.com/privacy-notice/. By participating, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding the prize.
  12. The Mora Hotels accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. The Mora Hotels further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the competition.
  13. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
