Wonderful stay at The Mora Zanzibar We absolutely loved our stay at The Mora Zanzibar. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the food. What made our experience even better was the wonderful staff. The Mora Experience Team was always available, friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Beautiful Hotel, Great Staff, Expensive Extras Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at The Mora. The resort is beautiful, very well maintained and spotlessly clean, with lovely pools, attractive grounds and a great beachfront setting. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly, attentive and accommodating. They are undoubtedly one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. The food was good, with plenty of variety and a nice choice of restaurants, although personally I would describe it as good rather than exceptional. My main criticism is the pricing of anything outside the standard all inclusive offering. I understand that premium drinks, specialist experiences and certain extras will carry an additional charge, but some of the supplements felt excessive. Relatively ordinary branded spirits attracted significant premiums, and hotel organised excursions could be considerably more expensive than equivalent trips booked locally. For a luxury all inclusive resort, this sometimes created the impression that the basic package was quite tightly defined, with substantial charges once you stepped outside it. My other criticism was the pool loungers, which had only one fixed reclined position and could not be adjusted, making them surprisingly uncomfortable for a hotel of this standard. Overall, a beautiful resort with excellent staff and plenty to recommend it, but the pricing of extras took some of the shine off the all inclusive experience.

Luxurious Hotel and location - beautiful zanzibar Fantastic hotel , the staff really make it though as they are so good at what they do , special mention to Bilal in the restaurant, Hilema serving cocktails on the beach all day , Joshua sorting your towels at the main pool , the list goes on… The beach and the sea is out of this world and the views looking out over mamba island from the main pools are breath taking If you’re looking for a relaxing luxurious holiday then this is the place for you ! If your looking for lively then maybe not, as early finish on the night entertainment Also the sales lads on the beach need a mention , don’t be intimidated , get to know them , they can be pushy , but just handle them in the right way , they are all really nice lads , just trying to earn a living We done the snorkelling at Mnemba Island through Madadi (red glasses) go see him , trip was a private boat and the snorkelling was out of this world , Amardi our captain , fed us with more fruit than I have ever seen and joined us in snorkelling, he knew exactly where to go 👌 - Madidi phone number is +255 773 533 062 Zanzibar is a paradise that must be visited 👍

Great hotel and an incredible team! Fantastic hotel with a great vibe! The location is spot on, and the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special shout-out to the Mora Experience Team and Kelly (Kelebek) for being so wonderful and helpful throughout our stay. Evening meal Great location on the seafront. Lovely sharing starter and bread as appetisers. Unfortunately this meant we were quite full when it came to our pizzas for main course. Excellent so far Had a great time at the Mora. Very friendly staff who go the extra mile to accommodate the smallest request. The food at Jua grill is fabulous and the service there is excellent, highly recommend a visit.

Excellent memories Absolutely wonderful experience — truly 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything was simply perfect, from the beautiful setting and atmosphere to the incredible service. We have stayed at few 5-star hotels, but we have never experienced such genuinely friendly, warm, and attentive staff. Every little detail was taken care of, and the service felt truly personal and heartfelt. A beautiful place with an amazing team — we couldn’t recommend it more highly. Definitely a 10/10 and a place we would happily return to! ❤️
