The Hotel Guest Experience Manager, Mr. Nizar Saidi, is exceptionally warm-hearted and hospitable. He helped us arrange two excursions, both of which were truly unforgettable. Our tour guide, Eimad, was very knowledgeable, and our safari driver, Hakim, was a polite, kind young man,yet a highly professional driver.

They have communal swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, tennis courts, and a spa.
I was able to try the spa and I can only say that you do a wonderful job. Thank you, Ayda and Bussa, for your attention; you do a splendid job. I was able to enjoy the sauna and the massage service, and I recommend it 100%.

The hotel staff deserves special mention. Ahmed, who served us at the Mekong restaurant, gave us exceptional service (with recommendations for both food and drinks – thank you, Ahmed!). During breakfast, Amina, Taha, and Mourad were always very attentive.

Fantastic, super-luxury hotel. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa with desert views. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate bathtub and shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The buffet food was delicious. The staff was super friendly. The gym was very well-equipped. Highly recommended.

What an absolutely fantastic stay! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were beyond amazing incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived.
