Great evening! Would highly recommend Jhun was awesome, extremely friendly guy and very funny. Food was delicious, jhun really added to the whole experience. Had a great evening! James C7 September 2026Stunning Teppanyaki meal with Chef Jhun An incredible addition to our honeymoon was a night at Jikan to enjoy the Teppanyaki meal with Chef Jhun. We were joined by 6 others for a close up show of Japanese Teppanyaki. The food was out of this world, all cooked live in front of you with a fun comedic value. Optimal H6 September 2026Fabulous stay - the perfect location for R&R A true 5 star, all-inclusive experience with exceptional service. We loved the friendly staff, beautiful spacious rooms and amenities. The resort doesn’t feel crowded and the rooms are situated in beautiful tropical gardens. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly daily, with mini bar and coffee station replenished twice daily. You can do as much or as little as you want, with free fitness sessions on the beach from every type of yoga, to boxing, HIIT and stretch classes. The food is fantastic - great variety and fully halaal with separate non-halaal stations - 24hr dining and a gelato “shop” serving refreshing sorbets and gelato all day.Posted on Tripadvisor

A Truly Wonderful Stay The beauty of The Mora Zanzibar is matched by the warmth and professionalism of its staff. My holiday began the moment I arrived. After reading a few concerning reviews, I asked to speak with a senior team member about planning my stay. That was when I met Anna from Guest Experience Resolution, who made an immediate and lasting difference. She took the time to understand what I wanted to do, helped organize my plans, explained how to use the hotel app, and showed me how to make bookings. Her guidance made everything simple and stress-free. The food was fantastic, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Horizon quickly became my favorite dining option, offering a buffet with live cooking stations and freshly prepared dishes for both lunch and dinner. The Guest Experience Team was always approachable, kind, and helpful. Anna was exceptional—her thoughtful attention and calm manner made our holiday even more enjoyable. When she welcomed us with, “Welcome to your home away from home,” her genuine hospitality made those words feel completely true. Luke Dyson7 September 2026Staff are unreal here, the waiters and waitresses are outstanding! Shoutout to Sia who served us at Eclipse bar most evenings! Food is also amazing and rooms are lovely - no complains with this. Unfortunately, we could not go on the beach due to the amount of locals there chasing us to sell things, we couldn’t swim in the sea due to this and the amount of seaweed/boats , bit disappointed on this side as we feel their social media is not a true representation. The hotel is also very far and out of the way from the airport and excursions, nothing nearby. We are due to check out on Thursday and as we have a night flight, we’re getting collected at 5:45pm so for us to stay in the room for an additional 5 hours, it’s an extra 300 USD, not great! But, the bar staff, restaurant staff and food here has made our stay here so thanks to them. For us, personally we won’t be back unfortunately, but glad we experienced it :)Posted on Google
Gemma MacMaster7 September 2026Beautiful hotel and experience. All staff from the bartenders to the waiters, pool boys and cleaning team have been very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food has been a high point. Great quality and we have extremely enjoyed all the à la carte restaurants. Booking opens one day before so we have not found it too difficult to secure a time slot. Martina Dohmen6 September 2026A truly exceptional place in Tozeur. Our stay at The Mora Sahara Tozeur was once again absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and very well taken care of. The hotel combines the beauty and calm of the desert with elegant private villas, excellent service and a very warm, personal atmosphere. The Pool Villa was simply beautiful: spacious, private, peaceful and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay. It is exactly this combination of comfort, privacy and quiet desert surroundings that makes The Mora so special. What impressed us most, however, was the team. A very special thank you goes to Rihab from the Front Office team and Nizar from Guest Experience, who were outstanding in their kindness, professionalism and personal attention. They made everything easy and pleasant throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Amira, Nahed and Mouheb from the breakfast team for their warm and attentive service every morning, as well as Saddem from Housekeeping, who took excellent care of our villa and contributed greatly to the comfort of our stay. The Mora is a rare place where luxury feels natural, personal and warm. We enjoyed every moment and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended.

Un hotel davvero incantevole e una splendida spiaggia di sabbia. L’oceano è meravigliosamente caldo per il nuoto. Il servizio dell’hotel è eccezionale ad ogni livello. Il servizio offerto da Mariam a bordo piscina, Dalius al Beach Club e Daniel al Grill era eccezionale. Anche Rosemary era eccezionale nel trovare le prenotazioni in tutti i ristoranti. Tutto il personale si prodiga in tutti i modi possibili.

Ci tornerei ancora e ancora. È un posto è bellissimo, le camere erano grandi e il cibo al buffet era ottimo. Mi hanno servito cibo vegano delizioso ad ogni pasto. Il servizio era eccellente, il posto era molto pulito, la spiaggia era bellissima! C’erano quattro piscine, tra cui un bar in giardino e vasche per idromassaggio. Il personale era talmente cordiale e il servizio clienti non era secondo a nessuno. Mi è piaciuto molto il massaggio al centro benessere. Si possono fare molte attività oppure dedicarsi al dolce far niente. Consiglio vivamente questo bellissimo resort.

Bel resort appartato con molti ristoranti. La spiaggia è bellissima e ci sono 3 piscine. Il centro benessere è il momento più glorioso. Ho fatto un bellissimo trattamento e il massaggio Zanzi Spice. Lo consiglierei? Sì certamente!

Vacanza meravigliosa! Posizione idilliaca con palme, sabbia bianca e acqua azzurra. Le camere erano immacolate, il personale era estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Il cibo era delizioso e non ripetitivo per tutta la settimana del nostro soggiorno. Diversi ristoranti e opzioni gastronomiche, per non parlare di un gelato/sorbetto al caffè serviti tutto il giorno!!! Lo consiglio vivamente. C’erano abbastanza lettini per la piscina, che non era mai affollata; c’erano diverse opzioni per la piscina e ottime strutture per l’esercizio fisico con campo da tennis e padel.

Un hotel di nuova costruzione con camere spaziose e molto ben tenuto. Il cibo è fantastico e c’è una varietà di piatti. Il personale fa di tutto per assicurarti un soggiorno confortevole. Un posto bellissimo da visitare. Sicuramente più di una volta.
