Excellent so far Had a great time at the Mora. Very friendly staff who go the extra mile to accommodate the smallest request. The food at Jua grill is fabulous and the service there is excellent, highly recommend a visit.Posted on Tripadvisor
Flóra N11 September 2026Excellent memories Absolutely wonderful experience — truly 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything was simply perfect, from the beautiful setting and atmosphere to the incredible service. We have stayed at few 5-star hotels, but we have never experienced such genuinely friendly, warm, and attentive staff. Every little detail was taken care of, and the service felt truly personal and heartfelt. A beautiful place with an amazing team — we couldn’t recommend it more highly. Denis B10 September 2026Magnificent place to stay! This all inclusive hotel was wonderful for a relaxing stay. The staff, service facilities and food were exceptional. The dinner at Jua Grill - Mora was one of the best meals my wife and I enjoyed. The prawns were done perfectly and the slow cooked BBQ short ribs were awesome. Definitely be dining here again. Another visit to Jua Grill -The Mora, another sensational dinner. The prawns perfectly prepared like the day before and lobster exquisitely done. The chef here - Debajan really knows how to do seafood. The friendly staff Rosemary, Florian and Arnold that I had the pleasure of engaging with- simply terrific. 👍Posted on Google

Having stayed in many luxury hotels all around the world, we have never experienced service quite like this before—especially at the Eclipse Bar, thanks to the very friendly Sia. You can truly enjoy your vacation stress-free. All you have to do is eat, drink, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Un hôtel vraiment charmant et une grande plage de sable. L’océan est merveilleusement chaud pour nager. Le service à l’hôtel est exceptionnel à tous les niveaux. Le service de Mariam au bord de la piscine, de Dalius au Beach Club et de Daniel au Grill a été remarquable. Rosemary a également fait preuve d’une grande disponibilité dans tous les restaurants. L’ensemble du personnel est tout bonnement aux petits soins pour vous.

J’y séjournerais encore et encore. Cet endroit est magnifique, les chambres sont grandes et le buffet est excellent. J’ai pu manger de délicieux plats végétariens à chaque repas. Le service était excellent, l’endroit est resté très propre, la plage était magnifique ! Ils disposent de quatre piscines, dont une avec jardin et bar, et de jacuzzis. Les employés étaient très sympathiques et le service à la clientèle était inégalable. J’ai adoré mon massage au centre bien-être. Il y a beaucoup à faire ou à ne pas faire. Je recommande vivement ce magnifique hôtel.

Un beau site isolé avec de nombreuses possibilités de restauration. Belle plage, ainsi que 3 piscines. Le spa est un moment wow. J’ai bénéficié d’un merveilleux soin massage Zanzi Spice. Je le recommanderais… oui !

Des vacances merveilleuses ! Localisation idyllique avec palmiers, sable blanc et eau azur. Chambres impeccables, personnel extrêmement sympathique et serviable. La nourriture était délicieuse et variée, alors même que nous sommes restés toute une semaine. Différentes options de restauration et de cuisine, sans oublier un commerce glaces/sorbets ouvert toute la journée !!!! Je recommande sans hésitation. Il y a suffisamment de chaises longues à la piscine, il n’y a jamais eu trop de monde, il y a différents choix de piscines et de superbes installations pour pratiquer du sport avec un court de tennis et un terrain de padel.

Un hôtel récent avec des chambres spacieuses et très bien entretenues. La nourriture est excellente et variée. Le personnel se plie en quatre pour que vous puissiez vous détendre. Un endroit magnifique à visiter. Assurément plus d’une fois.
